Do I need to reserve a new home?
Yes. Once you have chosen a plot you will normally place a reservation fee to secure it. Fees vary by development and are usually deductible from the purchase price.
Can I buy off-plan?
Yes. Reserving early, before construction is complete, can give you the best choice of plot and sometimes the chance to personalise finishes.
Can I choose my kitchen, flooring and finishes?
This depends on the stage of build. Our team will explain what options are available on each plot.
Do developers offer Part Exchange?
Some do, on selected plots. Where it is not available, Assisted Move lets you sell your home through us with your selling fees covered by the developer.
Are incentives available?
Incentives vary by plot and stage of build, and may include contributions to stamp duty, legal fees, flooring or upgrades. Our team will outline current offers.
Do I need a mortgage in principle?
